All Shopify stores have the highest levels of infrastructure security, making them extremely safe for customers.

Web traffic encryption

A 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate encrypts all the traffic flowing between you and the store. This makes it impossible for hackers to intercept and decipher your sensitive information (such as credit card numbers).

PCI DSS Compliance

PCI DSS stands for the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. It’s an information security standard, created to prevent credit card fraud, and make sure all payment data is stored and processed to the highest standards. 

Shopify is PCI DSS compliant at Level 1, which is the highest level any merchant can reach.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You will be able to change or cancel your order for a short period after you place it. Usually a day at most.

Once your order has been processed and your package has shipped you will no longer be able to change it.

You will know when your order has shipped as you will have been sent tracking details.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

You need to let us know immediately so we can update your order details before it is shipped.

If your package is already on its way we will contact the courier to try and redirect it. However this might not always be possible and it's likely your delivery will be delayed.

Additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping details must be borne by you.

Where do I use the discount coupon?

When you check out you will be asked to enter your discount code. The discount will then be deducted from your total before you enter payment details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the cost of the item.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

These are included in the cost of the item.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only serve the UK.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or other offshore UK regions?

Yes. We ship to customers in the UK, The Isla of Man, and The Channel Islands.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For items stocked in the UK your order will be delivered in 2 -3 working days.

For items sent direct from our supplier, total delivery times are 7 - 10 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you tracking information once your order has been processed.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

You will be able to make delivery arrangements with the courier using the tracking details which will be sent to you.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

We will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

if your item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, let us know and we will lodge a claim with Royal Mail. If the outcome of that is successful, we will refund you in full.

Direct from Supplier Orders

If the courier declares the package "lost" we will process a refund immediately. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

If the courier does not declare the package "lost" but still fails to deliver it within 35 days from the shipping date we will process a refund immediately. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Do I need to provide a reason for returning an item?

Yes. We only accept returns when:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item arrives faulty
  • The item is not as described

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • Take photographs that show the issue
  • Contact us as soon as possible

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Can I return or exchange sale or discounted items?

Yes. Sale and discounted items are treated the same way as full-proced items.

Who pays for return shipping?

We pay for return shipping.

How do I start a return or replacement?

To start a return, please click the "Request Return" button on your account page.

How do I send back my return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.

How will I receive my refund?

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

Yes. Please let us know that you'd like a replacement instead of a refund and we'll arrange it.

Looking After Your Watch

How do I clean my watch safely?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the watch regularly. For metal bracelets, gently clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Can I wear my watch in the shower or swimming?

Only if your watch is water-resistant to the appropriate depth (check the specifications - we would recommend at least 50m of water resistance).

Avoid hot showers or saunas, as heat can damage seals and reduce water resistance.

How do I maintain the water resistance of my watch?

Have the seals and gaskets checked regularly, especially after battery changes or servicing.

Avoid pressing buttons underwater unless your watch is specifically designed for it.

What should I do if my watch gets wet?

Dry it immediately with a soft cloth. If water has entered the case, depending on the value of the watch, it will likely be more cost-effective to replace it.

If the watch has sentimental value, contact a professional watchmaker to inspect and/or repair it.

Can I wear my watch during sports or heavy physical activity?

If your watch is designed for sports or is shock-resistant, yes. Otherwise, it’s best to remove it to avoid damage.

How often should I service my watch?

For low-cost watches the cost of a service is almost certainly more than the cost of a replacement watch.

If the watch has sentimental value then a service every 5 years or so will be fine.

What should I avoid to prevent damage to my watch?

Avoid:

  • Extreme temperatures
  • Strong magnetic fields (large speakers)
  • Harsh chemicals (perfumes, cleaning agents)
  • Impacts or drops.

How do I protect my watch from scratches?

Be mindful when wearing your watch during activities that may cause abrasion.

Even something like wearing it while working at a desk can scratch your watch over time.

Store it separately from jewelry or hard objects.

Consider buying a watch made from stainless steel, rather than alloy.

A crystal made from sapphire offers a degree of scratch resistance.

How do I store my watch when not in use?

Keep your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Use a watch box or pouch to protect it from dust and scratches.

Can I adjust the watch strap myself?

Some straps, like leather or fabric, can be adjusted easily.

For metal bracelets, most watchmakers and jewelers will adjust it for a few pounds.

If you'd like to adjust it yourself, we sell a little tool kit.

What type of battery does my watch use, and how long does it last?

Most quartz watches use standard button-cell batteries lasting 1-3 years depending on usage and model.

How do I know when the battery needs replacing?

Signs include the second hand skipping several seconds at a time or the watch stopping entirely.

Can I replace the battery myself?

We advise against it to avoid damaging the watch or compromising water resistance.

Visit a professional watch service center instead. The cost is usually only a few pounds.

Is my watch magnetic, and how does that affect its performance?

Most watches are sensitive to magnets, which can affect accuracy.

Keep your watch away from strong magnetic sources like speakers or electronic devices.

What do I do if my watch stops working?

Quartz watches

Check the battery first. If the battery is fine, contact a professional watchmaker for diagnosis.

Mechanical watches

If your watch has a manually wound movement then it will need wound every day or so. Make sure you don't over-wind it as this can be expensive to repair.

If your watch has an automatic movement it needs to be worn regularly to keep the spring inside wound.

If you haven't worn it for a few days it will stop - so give it a few winds to check.

Sometimes giving the watch a vigorous shake is enough to bring it back to life.

Consult any instructions that came with your watch before contacting a professional watchmaker for diagnosis.

It's often cheaper to replace a watch, even a mechanical one, rather than pay for a repair.
